ORGANIC RICE CAKES WITH QUINOA

It’s 3.00pm. You’re sitting at your desk listening to Janet trying to figure out how to print, thinking ‘cake’. You’re
fighting through heavy traffic to pick up the kids from school, thinking “I don’t have time for this!” and also ‘cake’.
You’re trying to write an essay on Picasso’s use of the colour green, thinking ‘green cake’. Well, we’ve been thinking
‘cake’ too… Brown Rice Cakes that is.

Our Brown Rice Cakes are light and crunchy. Airy enough to float you away… to Thailand perhaps. Which funnily
enough is where they began their journey. They’re made with the Jasmine variety of rice, a heritage long grain, that’s
grown organically and sustainably in its original form, in a way that helps positively shape our world, while looking
after the farmers putting in all the hard work. We think that’s fair and square (or round as in this particular case).
They’re then minimally processed with organically grown quinoa and a touch of sea salt. Pretty simple stuff. But this
is where simple ends: Grab your guacamole, harness your hummus, seize your sauerkraut
