I/We agree that Pemco Agencies may seek commercial credit information (SECTION 18L (4) PRIVACY ACT 1988). If Pemco Agencies consider it relevant to assess My/Our application for personal credit I/We agree to Pemco Agencies obtaining a report about My/Our commercial activities or commercial worthiness from a business which provides information about the commercial credit worthiness of persons.

I/We understand that the information may be used for the following purposes:

  • To assess an application by Me/Us for credit.
  • To notify other credit providers of a default by Me/Us.
  • To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this account where I am in default with other credit providers.
  • To assess My/Our credit worthiness.

Pemco Agencies reserves the right to review your Credit Terms if the expected average monthly purchase is not achieved.

The Customer shall make payment to PEMCO AGENCIES for all goods supplied, work and labour done and services rendered within the Terms of Trade. The customer acknowledges that time is of the essence with regard to payment and that any breach of this term will enable PEMCO AGENCIES to exercise all of its rights contained herein, including (but without in any way limiting its rights), the right to cancel further credit and to take legal action for the recovery of sums outstanding.
